Once the stump has been processed you will be left with an amount of grindings / arisings. The amount of this material will vary depending on the size of the origin stump and the amount of periferal roots which were chased out. Woody chippings / grindings can be used as a great resource for the avid gardener but there are a few simple guidelines which wil help you decide how to utilise them to best advantage.
